Position Summary:

As a full-service marketing agency, your role will be of manage the paid advertising of our clients. This job requires statistical data analysis, reporting and creative campaign
optimizations.
You will manage client advertising campaigns, optimize existing accounts to increase profitability, create, write and design content and make sure all projects under your
responsibility are completed on time and with the utmost professionalism and quality.
Above and beyond technical skill and industry experience, we’re looking for someone who is
highly motivated, passionate and eager to go above and beyond client’s expectations.

Responsibilities/Qualifications/Essential Job Functions

  • Examine a campaign & return on investment.
  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • Analyzing data to understand past results and improve future results
  • Managing complex PPC campaigns in a broad range of industries
  • Calculating investment returns using a variety of formulas and KPI’s
  • Using tools like Excel to analyze PPC and analytics data in a more detailed way
  • Perform extensive market research.
  • Determine brand perceptions and reputations.
  • Evaluate market penetration.
  • Analyze competitors.
  • Reporting to clients and to team members

Skills Required:

  • Communicative and positive-minded
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills.

  • SEM / PPC experience a must – experience with AdWords and Bing Ads, conversion
    tracking, reporting, optimizations, and developing unique strategies

Position Summary:

In this role, you will focus on creating the look, feel, operation, and functionality of our clients’ website. To be successful, you must have knowledge of commercial internet/web tools and protocols.

Responsibilities/Qualifications/Essential Job Function:

  • Creates clients’ websites including graphics, animation and functionality.
  • Designs web page layout, online content, user interface graphics, icons, colour schemes, content and infrastructure.
  • Performs development and maintenance programming for web pages.
  • Performs web usability testing.
  • Assures web server and sites technical performance.
  • Provides technical assistance to clients’ when required
  • Software purchasing recommendations regarding web development.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years (minimum) in Web Design in an agency or client-side
  • UX and UI understanding
  • Motivation to work in a fast-paced environment

Position Summary
 
We are looking to add a Graphic Designer / Visual Designer to our growing team. This person would be able to carry out both creative and technical implementation of given design concepts, producing consistent and accurate work for our clients. This role requires working efficiently within a fast-paced environment.
 

Responsibilities/Qualifications/Essential Job Functions: 

  • Understands and able to follow real-world corporate design, branding rules and guidelines.
  • Can design and produce multiple projects from concept to final delivery across various platforms.
  • Has experience managing multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Works well under strict deadlines
  • Can take creative direction from clients and colleagues and take over projects as needed.
  • Has excellent prioritisation skills and the ability to change/shift focus with ease.

Skills and Expertise:

  • Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator)
  • Strong creative aesthetic sense a MUST
  • Degree in graphic design or related field
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with UI design tools, CAD and video editing a plus

OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS

Phone Interview

It is typically a screening interview, in which both the company and the candidate should identify if they match.

Physical Interview

Interview with the HR manager and the future line manager. We want to have a deep understanding of your motivations and experiences.

Technical Test

As part of our recruiting process, you may be asked to take a brief test, depending on the role for which you apply.
